You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
UK
We offer delivery only in United Kingdom. We offer free standard delivery on all orders.

HOW MY ORDER IS PROCESSED
When you make an order on youn-g.co.uk, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will then process the order within 3/5 working days and hand it over to our carriers. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG
If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as the order has been placed at info@youn-g.co.uk and we can amend the shipment address for you. We are not responsible for wrong information provided.
